中途站



通常去亞東南亞或印度等地方,有機會逗留在新加坡兩三天左右transit,順便跟當地的同事開會或會見客戶,不過這次從汶來回港只匆匆停留星洲一晚。若乘搭新加坡airline通常會用terminal 2或terminal 3,所以離開時要睇清楚張ticket。

訪星洲有必吃三寶:肉骨茶、海南雞飯,還有炒螃蟹。出名的炒蟹亦有三種,Black pepper, white pepper, 還有咖哩蟹。



通常吃炒蟹有三個地方:Jumbo (East Coast)、Eng Seng Pepper Crab (永成), No Sign board (無招牌)。這次下機已經八時多,本來想去永成,但到達已經關門,於是去了附近的no sign board. 點的是white pepper crab. 蟹夠大隻,但肉質只是麻麻而已。我不抗拒吃辣,但若辣得太勁,便失去了海鮮的味道,令口跟嘴唇甚至附近皮膚都變得麻木,並不太喜。

吃飽回飯店,第朝一早便離開,七點多到達機場,商店早已開門,買過Pandan Cake(斑蘭葉蛋糕), Bengawan solo 的cookies後,便入閘上機。臨上機前記起,上次買了本twilight第一集,本想再看續集,但已經賣光了。ok,諗住返香港先買,機場又系賣晒。系咪真系咁好睇先...

我去開的書店也售馨.twilight.

疑容者巳開始了,怎麼書內對石神的描述是:眼睛細少如線狀...有些吾對板想像不到添...可惜我巳看了電影否則故事更精彩.

Last time I went to Singapore I get to try the white pepper crab from No Sign Broad. I reckon it was really good. The catch is to order the Australian one instead of the Sri Lanka.

g> Thanks for your advise... hmm.. I didn't notice on the menu there was a choic of crabs. Next time I'll try the Australian ones. :)

幾年前去Singapore 看Bolero畫展, 試了黑椒炒蟹, 一食難忘, 肉嫰而黑椒惹味, 最好是, 黑椒並沒有搶去蟹肉的鮮味! 我們一人叫一隻, 食到啜手指.
